This is for an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) HeartCode skill session. This is completed AFTER you have purchased and completed the on-line portion of the AHA course. These items below will be needed in order to attend the ACLS HeartCode skill portion with us. This appointment will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
- Please bring your CERTIFICATE of completion with you.
- If you do not bring your Certificate with you we will be unable to conduct your skill session. The certificate of completion is printed after you complete the ACLS course on-line at home known as Part 1.
- Please bring a photo I.D. to the Part 2 & 3 that is completed at our office.
***Receive your AHA eCard on the day of the class!
