Complete at Home Managing Assaultive Behavior

Would you like to complete the Managing Assaultive Behavior class also known as MAB, AB508, Assaultive Behavior Training (ABT), Violence Prevention at your convenience at home? Please review the information below on how the process works as a step by step process.

Below will be the process after you register and submit payment for the course.

1. Wait to receive the emailed information within the time frame you paid for of 8 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours. *Please note this will not be the email you receive after you register for the course, those 2 emails will be a Registration Confirmation and the other one will be a receipt for the course.
2. When we send you the email it will include 2 PDF documents, the MAB PowerPoint and the Hands-On Techniques of the course.
3. After reading both PDF’s you will click on the provided link in the email to complete the following information: Personal Information, 30 Question Multiple Choice Test, Evaluation of the course and a Waiver Release. You will also select the date you want on the Certificate of Completion, do not pick a Sunday or a major holiday.
4. The passing score is 80%, meaning you can miss up to 6 questions.
5. After you submit through the link, we will send it to the Lead Instructor for review. If everything is good we will send the Certificate of Completion to you within 24 hours of submission.
6. If you prepaid for Rush Service on the Certificate of Completion, we will process your information as quickly as possible. Please understand we need to get to your information within our normal business hours in order to email it to the Lead Instructor for processing. * Time will vary on how fast the Instructor can process a Rush Service request. We have no guarantee on an amount of time, but please understand that we will process it as quickly as possible.
7. If the Instructor finds any issues with your submission, he will reach out to you through email and let you know what needs to be fixed.
8. The Certificate of Completion will show you completed a High Risk 8 hour course.
9. If you post date on the provided calendar, we will not send the Certificate of Completion to you until about 4 PM on the date you selected. *Do not select a date before you registered for the course, a major holiday or a Sunday.

Now offering Contact Hours for Registered Nurses only, this will be an added fee of $10 to purchase the 8 Contact Hours and can be selected when you submit through the direct link. Payment must be submitted through Zelle or Venmo after you complete the course. 

You may not reuse or share the purchased Materials/Direct Link of the course and must purchase new materials each time you require a Certificate of Completion.
